I was born and raised in the small town of Snohomish, about 30 minutes north of Seattle. After high school, I entered the Army and worked in the intelligence community, spending time in Arizona, Texas, and a deployment to Iraq for Operation Iraqi Freedom (2003-2004). After my military service, I decided I was tired of hot, dry climates; so I moved back to Seattle and have called it home ever since. While earning my degree in business management, I continued to work full time designing and installing home theater systems, which allowed me to personally preview well over 6,000 homes in the greater Seattle area. I have a great knowledge of the unique and different neighborhoods that Seattle has to offer, and I am well versed in the different suburb areas in Snohomish and King County. I am constantly previewing homes to make sure I have a good understanding of what the current market conditions are, thus ensuring my clients get the best value for buying or selling their home.
As a real estate broker I am a strong proponent of using technology as a tool to better service my clients. The internet is filled with endless amounts of information. It is my responsibility as your broker to bring my knowledge of the market and disseminate that information for your real estate needs. Utilizing technological innovations to improve the process is essential. I strive to stay ahead of my colleagues technologically to give my clients every advantage possible in buying or selling their home. From accessing real time data from my tablet while we are out previewing homes, to having the capability to complete a paperless real estate transaction if my clients want, I am constantly looking to met and exceed my clients needs and expectations.
Because property is the biggest investment that most of us will ever make, it is extremely important to have good guidance through the process of buying or selling, as it will entail a substantial amount of attention to detail. I want my clients to feel comfortable and confidant from the beginning all the way to the end of the process. Making the right decisions each step of the way will ensure the process is as seamless as possible.
My beautiful wife Lanae, our son Grady and our black lab Boone round out the family. Lanae was born and raised in the Seattle area and is a pediatric doctor; working as an outpatient provider for Swedish Edmonds. Family and friends are an important part of our life, and we make it a point to balance our work and personal lives. We are avid Seattle sports fans and we feel the Pacific Northwest is one of the best places in the world to live, work, and play!
